Projects are worked on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be expedited.

Once purchased, you have 3 business days to cancel for a full refund.

Cancellations after 3 business days will result in a credit to be used towards future HighLevel Services (cannot be used towards subscriptions)

Your project will begin once ALL DELIVERABLES on your scope of work are received.

Refunds will not be issued once work has started, no exceptions.

Our Project Managers will be your point of contact for all stages of your project. If follow up is needed, your PM will reach out to you via phone and email to communicate what is needed. Project will be labeled as “on hold” if we are unable to connect within 5 touchpoints.

After 30 days of no communication, your project will be deemed “abandoned’ and marked as completed. New fees , based on current offers, would incur to restart your project.
