How can I see what post will be available for my clients?

We will provide access to our social media dashboard to see all past and future content.

What is the expected timeline for my clients?

After filling out our onboarding Form, our team will curate content and get it scheduled. We will also provide you an email with login information to the dashboard and to approve the content.

What platforms will you post on?

The service includes posting to Twitter, Facebook, and LInkedIn. Additional charges are for Instagram due to limitations on posting.

Do you monitor comments on my Social Media Platforms?

Your GHL team will not monitor comments left on your clients’ social media accounts. Our recommendation is that you enable your notifications in order to engage on behalf of your client or educate your teams on proper responses with business etiquette in order to improve engagement for the campaigns organically.

Which profiles can you connect and post to with Social Marketing?

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business (Google Posts), and LinkedIn. From one place, business owners can publish content to multiple social sites with the push of a button, utilize in-line conversations so the context of interactions isn't lost and schedule a calendar of posts.

Do you provide stock images?

We can absolutely provide stock images if requested and required. However, we recommend that you provide professional images of the business to ensure an authentic and engaging Facebook or Instagram campaign.

How am I billed for these campaigns?

The setup fee will be charged upon activation. You'll be charged the first month 1-2 days before the campaign launch date. The following months will be charged on the anniversary date of your campaign launch.

Do we provide the client admin access or just agency access to ContentCal?

This depends on the needs of each client. For whitelabeled services, only the agency should need access. If we are providing SMM services directly to the client, then they can have access. Whoever will be approving SMM content is who receives the invite to ContentCal.

How far out in advance are posts made?

Posts are created on a monthly basis and available for approval or revisions one week in advance of any given months start.

Timeline?

Our timeline to have SMM posts ready for approval and posting is 2-3 weeks after the onboarding call. You should expect to see 2 weeks of posts ready for review at that time assuming that account access is granted on or immediately after the onboarding call and the approval process on the client side is handled in a timely manner. After the intial drop of 2 weeks posts, the SMM team will build out a month of posts at a time.

How do I know posts are ready?

You will receive a notification directly from ContentCal when posts are ready for review. You can also request that your AM notify you via email on your onboarding call.

What if I want edits?

You can request revisions or disapprove posts directly in Content Cal. Please keep in mind, revisions or disapprovals will take 2-3 business days to resolve. How do I approve posts?

I don't want to give my credentials out. Can we connect another way?

Yes, you can connect your own social profiles in ContentCal without providing login credentials to GHL. Please note, we cannot begin services without the social profiles connected.
